Our story
Our story
Our story
More than 30 years of successful operation makes us a permanent fixture of the real estate market. And although our path into the world of real estate has not been straightforward, we have developed into a major player.
Charlton a.s. was founded in 1995 and in its early days, in addition to operating hotel-type properties, it focused primarily on the purchase, sale and collection of receivables. Over the years, and especially after merging with five other companies in 2015, it expanded its operations into the commercial leasing sector. The merger created a portfolio representing 160,000 m² of lettable space.
In the following years, it optimized its portfolio and currently leases almost 100,000 m² of space with several hundred leases in Prague and Litoměřice, where it owns a large warehouse complex.
